Improvement: Send a custom appointment reminder SMS

It would be useful to allow administrators to edit the contents of the default SMS sent out to remind patients of their appointment reminder. The current default is not worded in a way that some businesses would like, and it would be useful to allow anyone to change it based on their business rules.

  I agree this would be a great feature - to be able to save the exact template that you want for your business and also be able to type a custom sms like you can in D4W and Oasis

  Hi all,

  We have included the ability to send custom SMS reminders in our latest update. I know a lot of the Community were waiting for this, and it's finally here! Just click on the appointment block, click on More and then click on SMS appointment reminder to bring up the window below:
