We need an ability to quickly create appointment for a family or group of patients.

Currently receptionist are creating individual appointment which is time consuming or they create appointment that for extended period of time with comments "family of 3" etc...

  Also what would be very helpful and a great time saver is when entering families into the system if details i.e address, health fund etc could be copied over without having to enter for each individual member.

  Even if there could be a button option to select another member within the family, rather than searching each patient to book the appointments.

  This issue is very annoying and time-consuming when creating families/making family appointments.
  
  I think there should be the ability to add new family members from the 'Manage Family' section and that all relative information (Address, Health fund etc) be converted straight into the New Patients files. - Having to create separate new patients and then combine them into the one family group is not easily workable.
  
  It would also be a lot of easier if we were able to select patients from the same family to create family appointments, rather then having to search the patient.
  
  Especially in the circumstances of large families, this is a major issue.

  I notice that this problem has been brought up in a couple of different posts and there has not been any resolution. There are issues with creating appointments and profiles for large families. 

  Relevant information should automatically populate when creating profiles for family members. We should not have to create a new profile for every child before associating them with the family. It should be the other way around

  I agree having to repeatedly copy and paste phone number and emails into each new family member is time consuming and then having to link them into a family. 

  Is there a way you can add a new family member straight in so it autofills the details for address phone email etc? and connects them to the family?
