Report: Treatment plan & case acceptance report

We need a report or dashboard that will display treatment plan and case acceptance.

State:

• Pending
• In-Progress
• Accepted
• Rejected
• Archived

Might need additional state:

• Sent - different to pending, this is to indicate that treatment plan has been sent to patient. pending might just be temporary quote
• Deactivate - or something similar, different to Rejected, we need a way to tell if dentist send 2 alternate treatment plans and 1 is accepted and other is rejected then that shouldn't effect the stats
