"Hi, 
Is it possible to create a feature where I can put a blanket note and apply it to all calendars for a location, but still allow availability?

Currently, I put the note in the lunch break, however this is just a temporary solution, and staff don't always see it there and it's not really the ideal place to include the note.

  Ability to add custom text to calendar availability, this allow availability to have memo or context.

  Adding calendar preset to allow dentist to communicate how they want to work.

  E.g. 8-10AM new patient only, 10-12PM Clean only.

   

  Note: calendar preset are purely for presentation only and will not be doing validation or restriction, user still able to create appointment how ever they want.

  Hi team,

  This is a great idea! I can see that this would be useful when there is a particular requirement for appointments in one location, only. For example, a minimum appointment length for a single location only, or even when there is a meeting or training session during a lunch break. In these cases, you would still need to allow appointments to be booked, so you wouldn't be able to create a calendar event as it would block the availability. I have escalated this to our project management system and we'll update the Community as we progress.

  Hi all,

  Perio Centre have also expressed their interest in this feature. It would make a great addition and really help the team to better organise their appointment books. Keep an eye out on this post for updates!
