Details: Dr. Sheldon has requested a feature to track who created a patient's profile. He mentioned that this is a basic feature commonly found in other dental software and would like to see it incorporated into our system as well.

  Dear Dr. Sheldon,

  Thank you for your suggestion and feedback.

  In the meantime, we recommend tracking the patient’s first appointment. The log will show that the staff member who created the appointment is typically the same user who initiated the process, as our procedure requires creating a profile before booking an appointment. It is rare for a patient's profile to be created without an initial appointment.
