Request - Add Steri categories

For the new Standard AS5369 you only need to have item categories, not all the individual items listed in the steri log. They can be categorised as: Resotrive, Surgical, Handpieces, Exam/Hygiene packs and other. This would make it much easier for the DA to complete the documentation.
