Adding new Category on Patient's Alert

    To help us understand further, could you please provide additional details on the specific use cases? For example:

    • How would this improve workflow efficiency for your team?
    • Are there any specific scenarios where the current alert categories are insufficient?
    • Is there a specific category that we may have missed that you would like to add?

    In the meantime, if a patient's alert doesn’t fall under any of the available categories, you can use the 'Other' option and then add the details in the description. We suggest utilising this option for alerts that don’t fit into any of the existing categories.
