  • What specific challenges in the clinic’s workflow does this feature aim to address?

  If you’re concerned about certain users having access to edit a provider’s profile, you can easily manage this by adjusting user group permissions. Simply untick the “Edit Provider” option to restrict access, preventing unauthorised changes and reducing the risk of accidental archiving.
