Feature Request: Tracking Short-Notice Rescheduled Appointments

Dr. Rebecca has noticed that many patients, particularly at the Wynyard location, are rescheduling appointments 24–48 hours in advance due to unexpected work commitments. Currently, there is no way to track these short-notice reschedules, unlike cancellations which can be monitored through the "View Cancellations" feature. Dr. Rebecca is requesting a similar tracking function for rescheduled or early-cancelled appointments to support continuity of care and monitor her patient base more effectively
