Exclude Deposits and Prepayments from Avg. Patient Calculation in Business Performance Report

the Business Performance Report, the Avg. Patient calculation currently includes deposits and prepayments. This doesn’t really reflect our actual earnings since deposits aren’t revenue, and it makes the report numbers misleading.

What we would really like is for the Avg. Patient figure to only reflect earned revenue. In other words, deposits and prepayments should be excluded from the calculation.

Proposed Formula:

This change would make the report far more accurate and useful for us, as at the moment it’s hard to rely on the numbers when they include money that hasn’t actually been earned yet.
