Blocking ability to create retrospective appointments
We had a situation recently due to human error where one of our staff members booked an important appointment in the past tense, thinking that she had booked it for future tense. This resulted in an important appointment having to be missed and therefore rescheduled and also created great confusion for the patient who received confusing appointment dates and times. I don't believe we should be able to book a new appointment for the past, it doesn't make sense to me and seems as though it only leaves room for more error.
Can you please consider disabling this function? Thank you
