Add extrad public holiday in CP on 28/12/26

Hi,

   Due to 26/12 is a public holiday that falls into saturday so there is an extra public holiday on 28/12. However, this date is not showing public holiday in CP so I can not add to dentist's calendar. Are you able to make that day as public holiday as I have 70 dentist's calendar to add.
