Treatment plan should only be automatically added when treatment is charted. When a condition is charted currently such as tooth wear, it automatically creates plan 1 even when no treatment is needed. This then throws off the Treatment Plan Report and shows a lot in progress even though there’s no items attached. With a practice with associated this becomes difficult to track their success of plans and also throws off numbers of plans created.
