Improvement: Filtering treatments in "Plan" based on completion status

As a user, I would like to have the ability to filter treatments in the "Plan" feature based on whether they are complete or not. This is particularly important when I am printing/sending treatment plans for patients, as some patients do not seem to notice that the treatment has been completed, and filtering out those treatments would reduce confusion.
