Suggestion: Ability to "unconfirm" appointments

As a user, I would like to have the option to deselect the appointment confirmed status. Sometimes, I mistakenly click on "Confirmed" when going through each appointment and I should have a way to undo this in the event that it was an accident.

  I agree, just got stuck on this one today - will have to manually remind the staff to confirm.
