As a manager, I would like to edit appointment intervals to whatever amount of time suits my business model. Having 10 minute time slots will allow me to have more freedom with appointment times as well as break times.

  Hi team,

  We have created the ability to edit your default appointment time intervals. If this is something that you would like to apply to your environment, please submit a support request! This would be a change across your entire database, so it would affect all calendars.

  Please keep in mind that editing the appointment time intervals will affect the size of the appointment book. For example, reducing the appointment time intervals to 10 minutes will increase the amount of blocks in the appointment book by 50%. This is because - with the default 15 minute intervals - there are currently 4 slots per hour but changing the default to 10 minute intervals, there will be 6 per hour.
