PDF export function for dentist statement

As we have to send statements manually to resigned dentists, we need this fundction.

  Hi Akiko,

  Thanks for taking the time to submit a feature request. We have this capability already available; you can do this in "Location>Statements" and then after clicking on the required statement, you can click on "Download" in the top right corner. I have attached a screenshot. Hope this helps!
