Removing providers from certain appointment books

I would like to remove providers from certain appointment books. These providers are still working for the group, but they have discontinued work in certain locations. I would like to remove their columns from these locations which they no longer work in because it is taking up room. This is especially true with the addition of new providers; the columns become narrower and there is less width for appointment blocks. Thank you for your help!

  We've released an update which only shows the "current" dentists in your appointment book. This means that only dentists whose calendar currently has availabilities will be shown; therefore if a dentist no longer works in your location, their calendar column will not appear when you view that entire location's calendar.

  You can toggle to view "all" calendars (which means all providers ever to have worked in your location) or "today's" calendars (which will only show the providers scheduled to work on that particular day). "Current" calendars is always shown as default, so that your appointment books will hopefully be less cluttered.
