Suggestion: Ability to quickly "Check in" unconfirmed appointments

"Hi, I have noticed, when checking in patients, we have to have the patients appointment confirmed before actually checking them in. This creates a problem when the clinic is very busy and we have to check in multiple patients at the same time. When doing so, some times we do not notice that we have to click the same button twice, when their appointment has not confirmed prior to their arrival. I was hoping I could suggest a second button to be added next to it just for checking in patients if possible? Thanks"
