Lab Sheet folder in "Attachments"

As a user, we need a folder in "Attachments" for lab sheets in order to assist in organisation. Currently, the most suitable folder to choose would be "Medical History", but that may not be completely accurate.

  We have added a "Lab sheet" folder into the Attachments area of your patients' file.
