Improvement: Add notes to individual teeth in Charting

I would like the ability to type notes for each individual tooth when charting a patient's dental condition. This would be useful because I would be able to make some observations and/or create a note to prompt my future self when I treat this patient. It would also be good to communicate to a colleague (if the patient is unable to continue treatment with me).
