That would be a great feature, currently we are manually sending emails which can be time consuming.

Would love to see this feature implemented soon.

Namely the two main things would be customising the template emails and have a reply-to catch so that patients can reply to these emails and we can add a reply-to tag into it.

    Hi Dr. Wei Shen,

    Thank you for your message!

We have completed the email customisation feature a while back.

However, we are actively looking into how we facilitate better communication methods between the practice and their patients. This will be a huge feature for us and will take a little longer. The idea is to have an area where the practice can communicate directly with the patient using a preferred method like SMS or email.

You'll see this coming in a much larger update in the near future.

If you have any suggestions on this I would love to work with you and hear how we can incorporate your ideas too.

May I ask how you were previously communicating with patients via email?

    Regards,
    Warren

Thank you Warren, previously, we were just emailing patient's from office. with our info@wattlestdental.com.au

however, we need to copy and paste correspondences into our software.

it would be ideal if we can send directly in the software and automatically saved. thank you .
