"Hi,

Just a suggestion to have some kind of internal audit function in Core Practice where we can see - for example:

• when a dentist has not written clinical notes
• steri tracking for specific treatments has been entered
• no charting done when item number 011 claimed
• no perio charting done when specific item numbers entered
• no 022 when 419 entered
• major work without prepayments

Currently, some of this is being done manually by our Practice Managers, and then manually followed up as well which is time consuming and can be inaccurate. Also, not all things are being checked, as it is just not possible for them to do it due to time constraints.

  Hi all,

  It'd be great to hear your opinions, and further info on this type of feature. We're keen to investigate something that would better help managers and administrators to take control of their businesses, so let us know your thoughts. Thanks!
