Improvement: I would like to give my patients a questionnaire to fill out for emergency appointments booked online

"It would be helpful to have a section during the online booking process for toothaches and pain where the patient can describe some details of the pain the are having. i.e where in the mouth, type of pain, how long it has been sore and what causes the pain (hot, cold, sweet), the type of pain (sharp, throbbing, dull ache) etc. Even could have set out a list of questions for the patient to answer. This would be great just to keep the practitioner informed of the condition and might help in better preparing for diagnosis, as well as preparing and setting up for the appointment. Also ensuring enough time is available. The info collected from the questionnaire could be saved as a Comment, or even in the appointment details (found when clicking on the appointment block."
