Improvement: I would like to have another field in the "Address (Home)" section of the patient details for extra information provided

" Add a Other to Address (Home) incase they provide more than 2 numbers or emails. Sometimes patients provide mum and dad mobile number so might be good to add another phone line/additional info."
I think this is a good idea, because I understand that sometimes patients/parents provide multiple contact numbers. The only thing that we need to be mindful of is that our system restricts to only one contact at the moment so that the system knows which phone number and email to use as the primary ones (for the integrated SMS and emailing functionality that we have). My suggestion is to create an "Additional info" field (which is just an empty text box) where you can enter any additional information which was provided in your medical history form. This would be the best option in my opinion because it isn't specific to any method of contact, and allows you to enter literally any additional info that you would need to add to the patient's file.
What do you guys think? Keen to hear what your ideas or suggestions are to make this an even better improvement!
