Improvement: I would like to be able to track the amount of times a patient has rescheduled appointments

They're looking to track the number of times that a patient has rescheduled an appointment. Core Practice tracks the number of FTAs and/or cancellations in a patient's file. However, some Community members are looking to track the number of times a patient has rescheduled their appointments, because some patients just continuously reschedule and don't actually keep an appointment long enough to be marked as FTA or cancelled, and don't end up showing up. This will be useful for recognising patients which are likely to keep rescheduling and managing this.
