Emailing calendar events for appointments

Hi,

In this digital age it would be great if there was a way to send an option to add an event to a patient's email so that when they make a booking they can just click a link in the email to add it to their calendar event on their phone. This would give people the chance to get it into their diary easier. This could also be a feature to do this via SMS as well? Can something like this be done?

  Agree, it seems like updates and enhancements have been few and far between in 2023 & 2024 and that these feature requests get little to no visibility from Core. Tell us what you're working on and how you have listened to our feedback every now and then please.

  Hi John, I'm happy to inform you that we have this feature in Core Practice now. When you book an appointment, an email about the appointment details will be sent to your patient. There will be an attachment in the email for them to click and add it to their calendar on their phone or email.
