Charting: Condition and Treatment

When charting teeth, would like it to be easier to navigate from CONDITION to TREATMENT. For example, when documenting #18's condition, would like to see #18 duplicated next to the original #18 and be side-by-side, so as to document the proposed treatment.

Tooth #18 - Condition; Tooth #18 - Treatment (rather than having to click on CONDITION, then TREATMENT on the right side of the screen.
