There is no way for the user to utilise a template when sending an invoice via email. They have to manually type up the invoice if they want to make any adjustments.

  Yes, 

  I like this suggestion as well and goes to the request of having email templates for everything so we can make the more customisable. It allows for better marketing as well as a more refined look. No offence, but the patient doesn't really need to know that we use "Core Practice" because it means nothing to them and they're never going to use it. Whereas they are using the dental practice as their source of treatment and information.
