Marketing: Ability to communicate with patients about their treatment plan

It would be great if clinics could send personalised SMS/email based on their treatment plan. 

For example, in reporting you can see the list of patients and the progress of their treatment plans, this could be another section within marketing like the 'debtor list' and the user could use this area to communicate with the patient directly.
