I suggested improvements to medical history layout and charting, but these issues have not been addressed other than ut seems supernumeary teeth.
Also suggest a better search for item numbers in the treatment module.

  Thanks for posting up on our feature request forum.

  We are actually working on an item number catalogue right now! 

  As for adding more medical conditions and allergies, we're still working out a suitable way to do this. What we can do is get some more feedback from others about some of the more important medical conditions and allergies to add to the list.

  I agree that the medical conditions and allergies fields need to be addressed as there are important things which are grouped together that shouldn't be (i.e. high & low blood pressure) and there are other things that are missing altogether which could and should have a 'quick add' option available.

  Thank you for you feedback. Medical conditions and allergies list can sometime be quite large, we have been suggesting to use "Other" text field for anything that is not common. 

  The reason for not opening up to allow users to add custom items is to avoid having a mammoth list and duplicates, which can be difficult for staffs to find. 

  This capability had lower priority but now have been bumped. This feature is currently in developement and should be available within a week or 2.
