Recall marketing campaign filter

Please create a filter that can exclude patients who had an appointment cancelled; however, they were already booked and have an upcoming appointment.
Currently we have to click on everyone from the list and manually select those who must received email/sms.
Currently we have to check one-by-one, to confirm who cancelled and already have a new booking.
Example: Pt called to FTA an appointment on the 09.10 and asked to be booked again for the 11.10 and booking is made as requested.
This patient shows on the cancellation report, which leads to extra work. A filter to exclude patients with upcoming appointments would be best.
