Changing the title of Treatments to "Planned Treatments"

I would like to see the heading of the PLAN tab to be changed from Treatments to Planned Treatments to distinguish it from the TREATMENT tab which has the same heading.

Does anyone else feel that the plan page needs to be different from the treatment page.
