    Hi David,

Happy New Year to you and your team!

Thanks for posting a feature request.

We're definitely considering additional charting options. We'd ideally need to investigate your particular one since I haven't come across it yet.

Would you be able to give us some examples or to point us to some credible information to help the team understand this further?

    Regards,
    Warren

Hi, Further to the request, we should be able to chart a root stump where the crown has decayed, migration , rotation of teeth , periapical lesion etc

    Hi Warren,

You have a whole chart showing the roots of the teeth but no ability to chart anything on the root surfaces. When treatment planning you should be able to note down pathology that is happening on the root surface as well. An apical lesion picked up on radiograph would be ideal to chart in case there is an existing root canal treatment that has failed and you need to note the apical pathology.

Things such as root caries that is below the enamel would be ideal to chart differently than just M, B, D or P...

YESSSS. a root stump should be simple in comparison to some other requests as it does not need to have any functionality - no invoicing or treatment planning. Just a root with no crown.

A periapical lesion is just a tooth with an abscess - a red ball at the end of the root. Another very handy graphic.
