Modifications to charting and treatment planning
On another note here is some suggestions to improve treatment planning and charting more:
- The ability to drag and drop the entirety of a visit to a visit number. At the moment if Visit 5 is supposed to be visit 2 then I have to click move to previous visit repeatedly. Cant you just add the ability to drag and drop the whole visit instead of this multiple mouse click annoyance. Another option is the ability to select the Visit number in the upper left and change the number and it will automatically push the visit to the proper one. It would then auotmatically update all the other visits seuquentially after this.
- When writing treatment plans and adding items there's no way to add a visit below the previous one and then start adding to the next visit. You can only add a visit which adds it to the previous visit rather than the subsequent visit. This seems useless as you usually treatment plan by thinking about the first visit and then the second visit and then the third visit. You don't usually plan by thinking about the last visit first. There should be an "Add next visit button" which then adds a visit and then selects that visit so you are then adding the next item numbers into that visit.
- There should be an ability to select multiple items so you can mass void and mass drag and drop.
- You have added the ability to add visit names but no ability to enable this name to be seen by the patient in treatment plans. Could you please add this option so that it is easier for patients to understand the visit? The same goes for being able to see the Visit time as well.
- When adding operations like RCT from the Charting section it just adds all of them to the same visits. There should be an ability to either select what visit each one should go into or add them sequentially in separate visits. At the moment, if I have 2 RCT's in a Plan it adds all of Visit 1 for both of them into the same visit and all of Visit 2 for both of them into the second visit and so on. This is a silly way to add things. It should be First RCT should be Visit 1 and 2, second RCT should be Visit 3 and 4 unless otherwise indicated.

I agree with all the above, plus, please add the option to delete all the items in a visit (ie. delete visit and the items therein).
Currently, when you press" delete visit", the items are combined to the previous visit, and the visit separator is deleted. Then one has to "void treatment" for each individual item to delete them. So 10 items, needs one to click 20 times.
Delete visit is still a necessary feature, but please add another option of deleting the items too.

Can I put point #4 in bold, flashing lights? I love the fact that we can now add these details to the treatment plans but in all honesty, we can look at item numbers and know what the treatment will be - patients cannot. It is so important that they understand why they coming in for the next appointment(s) and how much it will cost.
