    Hi Won Ki,

Thank you for your suggestion, along with our Medical History Form we do have Consent Form which allow you to get financial consent and get patient signature.

Would be great if you can send to use some sample or suggestion of what you currently using.

I have updated your title to look for additional input from other users.

I think a while ago I added this feature request for editing the treatment plan so it is integrated into the PDF. Especially since you do not have templates enabled for sending emails with the treatment plan and only have a stock email.
It would be great to be able to add or edit the tables/PDF so that we can add descriptions and more detail into the treatment plan.

Ability to add images, text, tables. Make it more like an editable word document that is then turned into a PDF would be ideal. Our previous PMS allowed us to do this and it was really good.
Being able to add more features into the treatment plan would help a lot.

    Hi David,

Our Letter Template allow you to add image, text, table etc... currently our Treatment Plan create PDF as a quote.

Are you referring to capability to mail merge Treatment Plan into our current Letter Template?

If so are you able to provide some example template that you have used previously?

    Hi Kenny,

It would be good if you could have these features when sending a treatment plan in the "Plan" section.

At the moment, all the Treatment Plan does is create a simple table but it is not detailed at all.

There is also a difference between emailing a Treatment Plan and emailing a "reminder" when you press "Send Email" in the patient file. With "Send email" you can actually choose between preset templates but with the "Treatment Plan" you can't choose a different template. This is frustrating because who wants to send a boring stock template? Whenever we send a treatment plan we have to individually write out every email.

The treatment plan emailing and letters should be more powerful in the first place. Either allow us to insert a treatment plan or multiple treatment plans into the Letter section so that we can send alternative treatment plans. Mail merge it or somehow allow it to be inserted as a table that can then be edited as well. This would be ideal.

Your letter section could also do with some more powerful features as well. Yes, you can insert an image but it has to be first uploaded to a web server and a link made. You can't just insert a picture into the file. I must be also missing something because I don't see any ability to add a table either?

My previous PMS was basically a word editor that allowed all of these functions and then when you pressed send email it would convert it into a PDF and send it. It had the ability to add treatment plans with a mail merge but it was all built in.

For comprehensive plans it doesn't look as professional the way we send our treatment plans to be honest.

Hey, can we get the ability for Patients to sign consent forms digitally using the inbuilt document processor in Core Practice?

Do we have an ETA on this?
