Auditing,

Dentist notes - Have the number of patients seen, Number of patients with notes, the number of patients missing notes. 

Batch numbers - Number of patients batch completed and the number of patients missing batch numbers. 

Just to make it easier for Management to audit days/weeks to ensure all dentist and staff are completing their tasks instead of us going through each patient individually. Or a skip button where we can flow between patients just looking at either their treatment, payments/invoices or attachments??? PLEASE

MHF, Consent, Lab forms etc - To ensure staff are uploading them or to have a list to ensure they get patients to upload them instead of going into each patients file.
