Ability to add daily messages on the scheduled

It would be great to be able to add in daily/weekly messages on the schedule without affecting the appointments. For example, there are already messages that come up for public holidays etc. It would be great to be able to create our own messages for things like school holidays.

  Hi Zachary,

  You can cenrtainly add an extra column to your calendar title e.g. "Notes/Tasks"

  This Calendar can be used to add additional task or notes which will not affect  your appointments.

  The management above sucks because the patient gets updates about a pseudo-appointment by default. Correspondence can supposedly be turned off in the appointment settings, but in my experience the patient STILL gets updates. The only workable option we have found is to make a fake account (ours is "test test") and book all the appointments to that "patient".

  Also, it would seem that this response doesn't actually address Zachary's request. I think he is referring to the red boxes that come up for preset holidays within core?

  Hi Alex, yes my understanding is that Zac would like a daily note the same as the Public Holidays.  It will allow us to add important like team member birthdays, team building days and school holidays directly into the schedule as a non-clinical reminder.  You could also use it to add the name of the assistant who is working with that particular dentist too (if they have a rotating roster). I think it is a great idea.
