Step-down fees

Automatic step-down fees and number limits would be a useful feature. DVA fees, for example, have a number of items that step-down the fee for second and subsequent repeated items within a treatment visit.

The current DVA fee for small intra-oral radiograph (022) is $39.40 for first exposure only and then drops down to $32.40 for subsequent radiographs in the same visit to a maximum total of 6 exposures. It would make life far less error-prone if the system could do this automatically and warn if limits are exceeded.
