Feature Request: Integration with Medipass/Hicaps Go

In addition to HICAPS Terminal, it'd be good if CorePractice can integrate with Medipass/Hicaps Go which can be used for claiming instant health fund rebate and quoting without HICAPS terminal.

Potential usecase:

1. Healthfund Claim without physical terminal
2. Healthfund Quote without physical terminal
3. Medicare Claim without physical terminal
4. Take Credit card payment without physical terminal
5. Backup incase your Hicaps Terminal is down

  I was informed by your support team that "2. Healthfund Quote without physical terminal" is not possible at the moment.
