Report: Amendment to Payment Received Report

Request for Payment Received Report to also include:

1. Discounts; and
2. Amount Paid as either: Good or Not Good

The above are already generated in other reports but instead of us printing 3 reports to extract the information that we need, we want to consolidate it into 1 report only.
