  Thank you for sending your request here, can you provide some back ground on your usecase here?

  1. Why is this required? are you trying to get patient o confirm appointment?
  2. Is this a replacement of SMS reminder or to compliment?
  3. When should email be sent to patient? on the day of appointment?

  Does anyone else see a need or want to share your usecase?
