Create a letter short cut

Was wondering if it could be possible to add to the drop down box under Action - Create a letter. We often have to do medical history forms, referrals, consent forms etc. The short cut would be handy.

  Thank you for your feedback, can you provide some info on where you are referring to with "Action" are? do you mean in patient profile page?
