Feature Request: Line breaker in quick notes

A simple feature that will increase note legibility 1000 fold. 

Currently there isn't a way to add a line break between question types/elements. The only workaround is to type everything out in full in a mutli-line paragraph or edit after the note template/quick note.

  I've drawn up a concept of how this could be implemented from a user POV - either as an option in the template designer or a question type.
