unreliable patient pop up

We have some patients that book and then cancel and rebook too regularly. We have a couple of receptionists, so it is difficult to track if more than one person deals with them.

The patient alerts are good if you open the patient's profile, but I'd like to have the ability for a pop up to occur during the booking process without needing to open the patient's profile fully.

  This would also be good to place on the files of patients that are difficult prior to their appointment. 

  I'd like a pop up to occur before an appointment is made
