Changing treatment total cost

Hi is there a way for you to add the ability for us to change the total of the treatment plan so that the amount on each number will be calculated according to proportion?
Like for example, if the whole plan if as picture $42258, If I click on the total, change the total to $40000, every single item number pricing will change to accomodate for that but in proportion to the original pricing.
