Expandable Activities List for Patient Profile

Within the activities section on a patient's profile page, it would be great to have expandable boxes based on their visits. If a patient has hundreds of item codes it makes it cumbersome to find information because you have to keep scrolling. Instead of the current way, perhaps we could have the appointment type that they booked in for + the date and then you'll have a + button or something like that to expand the view.
