When a patient cancels, it'll be good if Core Practice can suggest patients from the waitlist.

  It would also be more efficient if, when adding a patient to the waitlist directly from the appointment, the details were automatically transferred to the listing.  At the moment, you have to add the location, doctor name, procedure etc. separately. It would be much more expedient if these fields were automatically populated directly from the appointment being waitlisted.
