Improvement: Treatment Planning

Treatment Planning can be much quicker and easier if we added the following functionalities:

Getting rid of asking for a fund. Perhaps a pop-up would be easier "Would you like to use this fee-level 'BUPA' for this patient?" Or not asking it at all if there are no multiple fee levels available
Ability to select multiple different item codes to rearrange, delete, assign to different dentist etc
When deleting a visit, there should be a pop-up asking if you would also like to delete all items in the visit or reassign it to another visit
Currently, deleting an item or making an adjustment takes you to the bottom of the treatment plan. The system should stay where you previously were.
