Customise 'Treatment' codes in charting

Is it possible to enable customisation of the 'treatment' codes in charting? For example, we often plan 627 codes, but clicking between 'charting' and 'plan' can be confusing. Our clinicians prefer to treatment plan as they're charting, so being able to have common item codes in the charting tab would be much easier.
